The paper presents a device for nanoparticle production using the method of vaporization of metals and/or the method of thermal decomposition of compounds of metals (oxides, carbonyls, halides, etc.) in the plasma of transferred electric are or in plasma jet. The dimensions particles obtained are 3 to 100nm some possible applications.
