Abstract

Mechanical properties in Dynamic Diffusion Bonded (DDB) in a A.S.T.M. 1045 steel (0.45 %C) joints were studied. The thermomechanical cycle added to the process, favours both the initial deformation stage and probably the diffusion mechanism which participate in bond formation.
